Roles and Responsibilities: - Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM. - Manage acquisition campaigns on offline and online channels including Search, Paid Social, Display, Mobile, with a primary focus on digital channel performance - Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels - Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of reports, budgets, campaign performance, ROI, and other channel metrics - Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns - Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points - Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Desired Candidate Profile: - Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, Web Trends) - 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing - Experience executing paid social media campaigns - Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Salary offered: 6-12LPA
