Head - Curriculum Designing Role and Responsibilities : - Conduct skills gap analyses companywide. - Design detailed educational curriculum, including dates, topics and number of hours required per course. - Create engaging course content. - Establishing feasible timeframes to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the curriculum. - Set learning objectives for each course. - Conducting research and collaborating with educators, subject experts, policymakers, and other professionals to develop quality curricula and learning resources. - Determine evaluation criteria. - Organize physical and digital resources for all faculties and educators. - Provide manuals and guidelines on how to use online training material. - Monitoring student progress and making relevant changes to curriculums. - Follow up with all faculties and educators after each course and collect feedback. - Research and recommend modern educational methods. Requirements and skills : - Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS) - Degree in education, or a related discipline. - Excellent collaboration, and written and verbal communication skills. - Great networking and interpersonal abilities. - Strong planning skills, vision, and creative intelligence. - A passion for education.
