Head - Brand Management About the Role : Masters' Union is seeking a strategic, creative and analytical marketing expert to build and execute a 360-degree marketing strategy. As Head - Brand Management, you will act as the custodian of our brand. At every stage, you will be expected to exhibit analytical skills while flexing your creative muscles. Hence, you should be as comfortable with the science of marketing as you are with the art of marketing. Strong written and verbal communication, the ability to influence others, a passion for marketing/brand-building and strong cross-functional leadership form the crux of this role. Role and Responsibilities : 1. Brand Marketing : - Leverage market research and consumer insights to guide positioning and maintain brand consistency in multi-channel communications. - Boost share of voice through events, PR, ABM, engagement with masters/students, on-campus activities, etc. - Build know-how, competitor landscape and be a go-to person for regional insights. 2. Marketing Campaigns : - Experiment with, develop and lead the overall growth marketing campaign strategies with a primary focus on conceptualizing, activating and executing all campaigns. - Create and own goals and performance metrics for campaigns, regular monitoring to understand the strategic efficacy and make recommendations for further improvement. 3. Product Marketing & Storytelling : - Define and own product positioning and messaging with a central focus on marketable USPs. - Formulate industry stories inclusive of thought leader content, guides and webinars. 4. Digital Marketing : - Expand the digital marketing strategy by leading the marketing team to maximize qualified traffic and leads from SEO, SEM, paid social ads, search, content marketing and more. - Create a messaging strategy for key target segments. 5. Collaborations : - Partner with the leadership on go-to-market strategies for entering new markets and share regular updates on key metrics and progress towards goals. - Work with cross-functional teams (content, creative, media, etc.) and marketing agency to plan and execute targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, social media platforms, SEM and other channels. - Plan and execute GTM programs with channel/partners.
