Project Manager - Green Field Manufacturing Site
We are looking to establish a new manufacturing site outside of Kolkata, West Bengal. We need a dedicated, entrepreneurial individual who can help us with the following:
Before Operation :
1. Locating the site
2. Selecting local vendors
3. Recruiting Workforce
4. Project Management - Follow ups with authorities for permissions, vendors and private contractors
Post Operation :
1. Build relationship with large corporates and SMEs to enable trading flows between them.
2. Identify and serve existing and new opportunities in metal business.
3. Re-engineer traditional ways to create phenomenally more value for all the stakeholders involved.
4. Build a long term thesis that offers a strategic advantage to the company.
5. Hire talented people to meet business goals.
