- Strong interpersonal skill

- Proficient in both inside and field sales

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting

- Hunter mentality, experience with prospecting and lead generation

- Hardworking, persistent, and dependable

- Data driven
