- Develop Go-To-Market strategy and delivery roadmap for Debit, credit, co-brands.
- Support Product Sales & Account Teams in the creation and promotion of value propositions and market analysis
- Define communication strategies to drive successful acquisition, activation and usage campaigns
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, understanding their implications for MasterCard
- Collaborate with Consumer and Customer Marketing Teams to support the launch of programs as well as to develop product collateral
- Create and maintain a library of best practice and case study examples
[Role]
- Identify strategic business-building opportunities in products and services that can be offered, developed and implemented to customers
- Be responsible for idea generation; concept validation; and business case development for product propositions
- Apply market research and conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and communicate them to Product Development
- Develop strategy and possible enhancements of product offerings in coordination with Product Development, customers and third parties
- Develop and implement programs and initiatives using the Go-To-Market process to increase card issuance & usage in both established and emerging markets
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience. Some advanced education desirable
- Experience of debit/credit card product management
- Expert in product management, development & marketing. Three to five years of management experience desirable
- Demonstrate proven ability to develop and successfully implement new products with quantifiable business plans
- Have a customer focus with knowledge of bank profitability and consumer usage drivers
- Have the ability to oversee multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
- Have experience of working collaboratively in a cross-functional role
- Understand competitive offerings and industry trends
- Understand the role of MasterCard debit products and services
- Have strong communication/presentation skills and experience of leveraging MS Office.
