Director, Product Management - Send

Mastercard Send is a key component in establishing Mastercard as a global leader in new payment flows. Mastercard Send facilitates the secure delivery of funds between senders and receivers, typically within seconds. Through a single connection to Mastercard Send, businesses, merchants, governments, humanitarian organizations, financial institutions and others can send money to consumers and small businesses domestically and cross border. The service supports multiple use cases, including person-to-person, business to business, disbursements, and remittances. With our technology and expertise we are making sending money safe, simple and fast.

The Director, Product Management will have end-to-end responsibility for managing, expanding and enhancing a key area of growth and opportunity for the MA Send team. This includes defining, prioritizing and delivering against roadmap of features and enhancements; supporting key customer programs and sales/expansion efforts; partnering with the Enablement team to unlock key issuers in the markets; working closely with Legal, Regulatory & Compliance, and more.

Candidates will need to have a range of skills and experience, - Solid understanding of payments and cross border-related industry trends including experience and strong familiarity with cross border products and services, strategic thinking, value proposition development, roadmap management and development, economics/deal management, strong project management skills, and the ability to execute flawlessly.

Role :

- Manage, enhance and expand MA Send flows.

- Define and manage product strategy / roadmaps.

- Obtain customer feedback to prioritize and define additional enhancements.

- Support execution/delivery of planned enhancements.

- Ensure end-to-end Customer Delivery and support team readiness.

- Manage key customer engagements and oversee/support deliveries with Regional and other teams.

All About You :

- Masters/Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent degree. Advanced degree preferred.

- 3+ years' experience in cross border payments and product management.

- Strategic thinker with experience in product management and/or development within the payments industry.

- Skilled at leading and managing large cross-functional teams.

- Superior analytical and problem solving skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work on and manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.

- Positive attitude and self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a matrixed and team environment.

- Solid understanding of payments and cross border-related industry trends.
