- Training The Trainers (TTT) Understanding of developing calendar for Trainers, Training Manual, Training Tools & process to develop & map trainers / facilitators development

- Business Development Understanding of Training Sector Market, Competitors, Effective Public Speaking Skills, know the art of selling

- Awareness and Promotion Understanding of Training Sector Market, Competitors, Effective Public Speaking Skills, know the art of selling.
