- Manage Payroll Administration related processes
- Manage employee master data related requests/queries
- Monitor and track employee master data
- Manage employee reference requests
- Create and track employees contracts
- Deal with time management
- Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports
- Handling urgent issues
- Update related process documentation
- Act as back-up for other activities
- Perform additional tasks upon Team Lead request
- Escalate / Solve system related queries/issues
- Experience in Finance, Payroll, HR administration is an advantage
- Working experience with SAP is an advantage
- Detailed working experience with databases is an advantage
- Working experience in reporting is an advantage
