Job role : - Manage a team of Black Belts, Green Belts and Project Managers - Help the core business operations and enterprise functions to develop transformation roadmap through Six Sigma and Digital methodologies. - Help identify continuous improvement and transformation opportunities - Ensure that control plans are in place, followed and ingrained in the reengineered processes - Ensure timely delivery and on-going governance on the projects - Work with the relevant, cross-functional teams across the enterprise to deliver project goals - Coach and mentor Green Belts / Project Managers on smaller projects - Train teams on Lean, Six Sigma and Digital methodologies, tools and techniques Candidate skills : - Post-Graduate with 12+ years of work experience - Certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt or Black Belt - Experience in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement - Experience in Process Re-engineering, Automation, Analytics in core business operations and enterprise functions - Experience in driving digitization, automation and RPA projects - Ability to liaise with CXOs in strategic discussions
