MAS Financial Services - Relationship Manager - Colending

Identifying Potential Partnerships:

- Actively seek and assess opportunities for collaboration with other financial institutions or lenders to expand the Co-lending portfolio.

Negotiating Terms:

- Engage in negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial terms, including interest rates, risk-sharing arrangements, and other relevant conditions.

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that all co-lending arrangements adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying updated on changes in regulations that may impact partnerships.

Daily/Monthly Reporting:

- Ensure timely and complete repayment/collection of all obligations along with daily NPA/DPD reporting and payout reports as per the requirements of various counterparties involved.

Contractual Agreements:

- Review contractual agreements, outlining the terms and conditions of the co-lending partnership to protect the interests of all parties involved.

Relationship Management:

- Foster strong relationships with partner institutions, collaborating closely to address challenges, monitor loan performance, and continuously optimize the partnership for mutual success.

Data Analysis:

- Utilize data analysis and financial modeling to assess the impact of co-lending partnerships on the overall loan portfolio and recommend adjustments as needed.

Market Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential risks for co-lending partnerships.

Communication:
