Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the end to end recruitment process within the prescribed TAT - To ensure that all vacant positions are closed within given timeline - To manage team of Recruiters and Team Leaders to get the best productivity from them - Prepare, maintain and present recruitment reports to Management and HR Manager as and when asked - Training recruiters on as an when needed basis - Liaison with the different stake holders for manpower requirements and closure of the selected candidates - Create job descriptions & specifications - Recruitment planning & develop strategies to fulfill open requirement via different sourcing techniques - Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards and business needs - Design skill based assessment test for prospective candidates, department wise, in coordination with Head of Department - Implementing recruitment SOP in coordination with Team - Managing relations with sourcing agencies Behavioral Competencies: - Team work, analytical, strong aptitude for concerned position Role Specific Competencies: - Excellent communication and quantitative skills - Very good command over verbal and written English - Ability to deliver quality deliverables within tight deadlines - Strong command over MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint Formal Qualifications / Prior Work Experience: - Qualification: Post Graduate - Past experience in managing similar profile, particularly in the BFSI/ NBFC domain
