Job Title-Training Manager : Sales and Marketing Consultant
Job Role-Program Administration & Management of Vocational Programs for MSIL Dealer Sales, Service & Distributor Network through University / Institute Tie-ups
Reporting To-Dept Head VSST
Level in the organization-DM
Educational Qualification-
- Graduation (With Specialization): BE/B Tech from reputed institute
- Post-Graduation(Preferable): " MBA - HR / Marketing and Sales
- Any Other- (Certification / Diploma etc.):"NA
Work Experience : 4 years - 7 years
Job Responsibilities:
1. Planning and Execution of vocational training programs for Trained Manpower pool creation for MSIL, its Dealer and Distributors
2. Empanelment of Universities / Institutes Partners for MSIL University program in identified cities
3. MoU signing with selected Universities and curriculum development as per defined University norms
4. Monitoring & ensuring the students enrolment in the University course with partner Universities
5. Ensuring the delivery of defined Training programs through Training Agencies
6. Monitoring the On-The-Job performance of students and improve.
7. Coordination with different stakeholders of the program e.g. Training partners, vendors, dealers coordination management etc.
8. Development and Implementation of SOPs, taking corrective actions in case of gaps.

- Experience in Sales & Marketing in a large Automobile Co.
- Experience of Automobile dealership handling
- Exposure to Training Content Development, Training Delivery and Execution
