Marsh & McLennan - Solution Architect - DaaS Partnerships (7-12 yrs) Premium

The position is responsible for solution designing and characterizing 'how it will work' in a joint value proposition for Data as a Service (DAAS) partnerships in India. It will also be focusing on defining and specifying assets to be contributed by each partner, delivering assets to the partner for consumption, deployment of solution, GTM and commercial viability.

Will involve working closely with India Rewards Leader and India Partnership Leader to help in identifying new partners, executing partnership and supporting partner relationship management.

Based in India, the role supports DAAS partnerships in India

Responsibility :

Solution Design & Delivery

- Evaluation of proposed DAAS partner to understand their client profile, sector focus, solution areas & deployment capabilities, potential synergies and key partnership requirement in collaboration with partnership leader & rewards leader

- Prepare an outline of the recommended solution offering, review the recommended solution with the rewards leader/other key stakeholders including technology team, discuss the same with DAAS partner, incorporate their feedback and deliver the final solution in discussion & collaboration with partnership leader

- Support the capability building in terms of solution for DAAS partnership that enable maximum value for both Mercer & partner through in-depth understanding of partners ecosystem & Mercer's ecosystem

- Develop a deep understanding of rewards trend in specific industries and form a point of view on rewards practice to provide appropriate advice to partners

GTM & Solution Deployment :

- Support a GTM plan creation based on the scope of partnership agreed with the DAAS partner through joint discussions

- Seek sign-off from the rewards leader, project team, & DAAS partner on the plan

- Monitor and report progress against deliverables to the partner, rewards leader and project team on an ongoing basis;

- Escalate any delays in the delivery of key milestones to the partner, rewards leader & project team

- Ensure successful deployment of solution through Launch/GTM and initial feedback loop in collaboration with the partnership leader

- Plan & execute networking events in collaboration with partner and share Mercer researches in relevant areas

- Establish a regular channel of communication with existing partners

Relationship Management :

- Establish a regular channel of communication, engage with key people of the partner and with the rewards team leads/cluster leaders and identify opportunities for building a long-term, sustainable relationship

- Monitor revenue and sales pipeline versus agreed targets on a regular basis for the partnership

- Raise invoices and analyze data on collections and guide partner accordingly

- Ensure cascade of communication and query resolution for the respective partners in area of solution design & delivery

Education and Experience :

- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in different geographies is desirable but not mandatory

Knowledge and skills :

- Compensation domain experience and delivery of the same through online tools

- Experience in SaaS product/solution offering will be an added advantage

- Command over Microsoft Office suite especially MS-Excel

- Strong research and analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative

- Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce will be an added advantage
