As the leader of the MMC DLP and Insider Threat team, we will count on you to: - Design, develop and manage the MMC DLP and Insider Threat program - Develop and optimize policies, processes, and procedures for DLP and Insider Threat while engaging cross-functional stakeholders - Manage the DLP triage team in India - Provide DLP and Insider Threat consulting to assigned area(s) of the enterprise - Communicate risks to partners and leadership via the governance channels and processes - Provide oversight and input to the design, build and implementation of technology tools that support the DLP strategy, objectives and operational requirements - Establish and run the DLP Steering Committee meetings, acting as chairperson - Ensure escalations from senior management and business leaders are handled with urgency and coordinate with the technology teams to ensure quick and timely resolution - Manage team performance and quality of service, ensuring services are delivered in line with the defined SLA - Mature the business and Technical controls of the DLP and Insider Threat program - Be responsible for all facets of staff development (recruiting, training, development, team building, mentoring, and evaluation) - Ensure there is effective skills transfer to the wider DLP triage team - Be accountable for day-to-day DLP operations and escalations - Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders What you need to have: - Overall experience of 10-12 years with minimum 6 years of relevant experience with DLP, insider threat or Information security domain - Strong business awareness - Ability to work to strict deadlines - Ability to cope with high demand requirements of stakeholders - Logical, innovative, methodical, collaborative and thorough approach to work - Ability to make high level decisions and implement operational plans - Collaborative team player who can influence outcomes as well as work independently. - Good analytical ability - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills What makes you stand out? - Expertise in DLP domain - Good understanding of the fundamentals of data protection - Prior work in a multi-national organization, especially in the Insurance, Banking or IT industries Good to have :&nbsp; - Knowledge on global privacy laws such as the GDPR - Prince2/PMP - Certified ITIL - IAPP certification - Experience with Tableau dashboards development with good understanding data analytics
