This is a client-facing role that requires experience of dealing with senior client managers, delivering on analytics projects and ability to think strategically about workforce analytics as a practice. This role will report into the leader of the Analytics Centre of Excellence in India. The core responsibility of this role will be - Delivery of Analytics @ 50% - Perform advanced statistical analyses, regression modelling leveraging machine learning algorithms and utilizing statistical software. Develop customized client reports based on outcomes of statistical analyses. - Acts as an expert advisor in processing data using R/Python, and other advanced statistical software packages, including decision making on coding routines. - Deliver and project manage sold data and analytics driven projects for the Mercer Career Singapore business. - Deliver solutions related to but not limited to : Compensation &amp; Benefits Benchmarking; Rewards &amp; Well-being; Turnover, Performance, Diversity &amp; Inclusion, Performance Management frameworks, Pay Equality, Market Intelligence &amp; Compensation Research - Manage allocated project deliverables within quality standards, timeline and budget. Client Management @ 20% - Support consultants in delivery of data and analytics driven outputs by understanding client data, survey data, industry trends, industry leader interviews and using latest tools and technology in the market. - Translate the art of possible with data analytics to Mercer's clients. - Engage / partner with consultants to determine the proper analytical approach to efficiently address client challenges. Building New Products/offerings @ 20% - Assist in new bids / proposal preparation by understanding the requirements, gathering critical data points, prototyping and creation of a data-driven digital product for Demo purposes. - Build a product roadmap for data and analytics driven outputs particularly through use of Predictive, Cognitive Analytics and AI in People Analytics Subject Matter Expertise @ 10% - Stay abreast with the latest developments in Career Industry, Advance Analytics offerings, labour economics, I/O psychology, and statistics. What you need to have: - BE/B Tech in Computer Science or Bachelor/ Master's Degree in Maths or Statistics, Business Administration. - Upto 8 years of progressive experience in delivering Workforce Strategy or People Analytics as a data expert. - Drafting technical reports that outline a statistical methodology and clearly articulate data-driven findings; and Presenting data-driven findings using data visualization tools such as PowerPoint and R-Shiny / Python-Dash dashboards to a technical audience. .. must have - Strong analytics &amp; data management skills with the ability to synthesize information and present succinctly - Proficiency in extracting data from multiple data sources - Web, PDF, Excel or any database with broad working knowledge of methodologies used for analytics is required. - Proficient (Power user) in Microsoft suite of applications - Excel, PowerPoint, MS Projects, SQL, MS Access and also have visualization experience to create interactive Dashboards for reporting purpose ( Power BI, Tableau, Qliksense ) - Ability to prioritize and multi-task within tight deadlines. - Continuously strive for a deeper understanding of our business drivers - Good communication skills to ensure issues clearly identified and explained to various interested parties - Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary and global teams to ensure goals are met - Proactively enhance the existing process where improvements can be made What makes you stand out - Degree or Certification in Statistics, Analytics and BI tools (Qlik Sense &amp; Tableau) - Understanding of data architecture, data quality and governance standards. - Experience working with Multinational clients in Workforce Analytics supporting the Asia region.
