Marsh McLennan Global Services (MMGS) India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office: Manager - India PMO What can you expect? - Manage end-to-end transitions to MMGS from across regions and businesses (Marsh, Guy Carpenter, MMC) - Create transition plans and maintain complete transition documentation to capture and deliver process performance and success criteria - Provide complete transparency and visibility to the senior leadership on the transition journey with risks/issues/challenges being highlighted timely - Follow the organization's transition methodology to successfully transition projects with agreed scope, timelines and quality - Own, govern and enhance the transition methodology along with the Senior Manager - India PMO function on a real time basis, as required - Work closely with senior stakeholders in MMGS to drive transitions, projects &amp; change across the organization - High stakeholder management with both onshore and offshore teams throughout the various transition stages - Act as a guide and support - lite- transitions managed within business functions - Lead special projects and process improvement initiatives for MMGS What is in it for you?
