What can you expect :&nbsp; We are looking to hire a Sr. Learning &amp; Development Specialist in the L&amp;D team. - The role will be responsible for L&amp;D consulting, facilitation and training delivery in alignment with the business objectives. The role entails the analysis of various business training needs, upskilling and competency building of colleagues. - The role requires the learning engagement in partnership with business leads and SMEs and provide learning solutions leading to business impact. The candidate would be analyzing and evaluating the performance of various learning interventions. The role would require communicating and reporting the learning progress with respective stakeholders and peer groups. The incumbent would require having knowledge of various learning methods and frameworks and leverage them for effective business learning and competency. We will count on you for: 1) Consulting :&nbsp; - L&amp;D consultant to business - Lead design &amp; implement knowledge architecture during learning design stages 2) Planning &amp; Management :&nbsp; - Plan, track and report the trainings &amp; certification progress for various learning projects (BAU/ Right shoring) across Domain, capability development and other technology learnings - Manage end-to-end functional part of LMS/ Workday learning &amp; ensuring the establishment of all learning paths, training content design and learning certifications - Regular tracking of learning KPIs, meeting business objectives through rigorous monitoring and Dashboards - Enable the colleagues in domain knowledge building and facilitate, mentor the training leads/ managers on learning methodology, right learning design, training effectiveness, content and training delivery - Close partnership with peer learning specialists and advantage best practices 3) Training Methods &amp; delivery :&nbsp; - Training need identification with respective business stakeholders - Design &amp; implement learning calendar as per the business needs and organizational competencies - Collaborate with operations SMEs/ Senseis, facilitate &amp; conduct trainings for the respective capability dev/ domain/ technical learning needs - Training delivery for the capability development/ domain/ technology areas - Design &amp; Implementation of consistent training frameworks and learning maps across projects Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shifts What you need to have: - Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with peers - Experience in Instructional design, learning solutions and frameworks - Experience in Learning content creation and training delivery - Good command on MS Office applications (MS-Excel, MS-Word, PowerPoint) - Problem solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up-to-date - Strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills What makes you stand out: - Minimum 10 years experience overall - Sound communication skills, learning delivery experience - Experience in learning methods &amp; Instructional design - Good stakeholder management, Proven ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team - Ability to multi-task and prioritize time effectively
