Example, job portals, networking sites, cold calling, external vendors, etc. - Ability to multi task and work under tight deadlines while maintaining consistent quality and adherence to process / policy. - HR analytics and Dashboards - Ability to build relationships and networks - Excellent verbal and written communication - Good influencing skills What makes you stand out? - Out of the box thinking to enhance candidate and overall recruitment lifecycle
