- Marsh McLennan Global Services (MMGS) India is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:

Deputy Manager - Global PMO

What can you expect?

- Coordinates and runs tasks/assignments relating to PMO governance and reporting activities, reports to Head of Group BPM with matrix relationships with Global PMO Team

- Coordinates and assists with production of Delivery/Change governance materials (e.g. presentations, dashboards, MI)

-Oversees timely gathering of program/projects artefacts including Status Reports, Plans, Risks, Issues, Dependencies, Actions, Assumptions, Budget, Benefits and Change Requests, and undertakes effective challenge to drive accuracy of information in the tool

- Develops and maintains relationship with Project Managers and Project Coordinators, and is the administrative point of contact for coordinating all aspects of the Change portfolio including Super User of portfolio tool

- Works collaboratively with Finance SMEs to ensure cost and benefit information in the tool is accurate and fit for purpose

- Promotes and drives adherence to Change Portfolio governance, reporting, processes, standards and controls

What you need to have:

- Experience in project or PMO related roles (preferable minimum experience +5 years)

- Good communication and stakeholder management / effective collaboration skills

- Experience of working in and with global teams

- Has exposure to working with senior leadership and understands their needs when designing MI reports

- Strong analytical, PowerPoint and Excel skills

- Commercial focus, management of costs to budget and management of change control

- Good understanding of standards and delivery methodologies

- Solid understanding of PMO scope, responsibilities, processes and controls

What makes you stand out?

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA desirable

- Prince2, PMP, Agile or equivalent certification

- Experience in using project management and collaboration tools including MSP, JIRA, SharePoint or Confluence. Knowledge of Planview desirable

- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services desirable
