Role & Responsibilities :

1. Initiatives

- Analyze trends across the business to identify levers of growth

- Help manage ongoing projects by closely working with zonal and regional teams

- Run organization wide initiatives focused on clients such as CEMs, dCAPs, CES, BBE

- Build a collaboration hub to facilitate a seamless flow of updates and insights to the CEO

- Build industry insights and track changing market trends

- Ensure Mercerforce is being used systematically and judiciously by colleagues across India and build a governance process to oversee Mercerforce behavior

- Enable growth of the market by thinking 'outside the box' and data analysis

2. People:

- Coordinate hiring plan vis a vis initiatives

3. Marketing and Communication

- Ensure Marketing and Communication roadmap is provided to the Country CEO with notable milestones

4. Training & Development

- Track training and development calendar and ensure alignment with zonal and regional initiatives around L&D

5. Leadership Visits

- Run the leadership visit agenda with relevant agenda, business reviews, talent roundtable

6. Budget and Forecast

- Work closely with Finance to analyze financial performance

- Share monthly call outs with respect to performance, AR etc.

Education & Experience :

- Post-graduation in management Finance or Strategy from Tier 1 college

- 5-9 years of experience

- Ability to influence without direct authority in situations where progress is slow or critical deliverables are stalling

- Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and a quick learner with ability to adapt to new situations or projects

- High results orientation

- Strong communication and presentation skills particularly in the development of compelling and insightful materials

- Ability to work with senior leaders and across multiple lines

- Ability to manage sensitive information
