Business Partner Job Title: Chief Manager - HR Business Partner Job Location: Gurgaon Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job): - Partner with regional stakeholders to drive people practices in the region. - Liaise with regional teams to deliver improvements on Your Say Survey Scores - Facilitate succession planning and processes across the region, ensuring a talent pipeline for key roles in Retail. - Work towards reducing attrition across the region, through collation of feedback. - Work in partnership with Recruitment and L&D team to deliver people priorities. - Liaise with regional team to identify people issues and help them in providing guidance with respect to people issues. - Conduct Listening group across region to understand the issues at store level and take actions to improve the store working environment. - Develop and monitor Management Information of the region and take actions where ever required. - Accountable for effective communication and liaison between store colleague and corporate team. - Deliver the distribution curve for store team of the region on annual/bi-annual basis to support the delivery of performance management, incentive and salary review process. - Key stakeholder in driving reward and recognition activities across region during Regional conference and Business conference. - Provide input to HRBP Head to support in developing HR strategy. - Conduct regular regional audits with respect to people processes Key Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Effective time management and learning agility - Self-motivated and team player - Proficient in working on MS Office (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint)
