Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives and long-term goals.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and develop financial forecasts to support business planning and decision making.

- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive profitability.

Financial Reporting and Analysis:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

- Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend actions of improvements.

- Present financial reports and analysis to Senior Management and Board of Directors.

Risk Management and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards and internal policy.

- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.

- Stay update on the regulatory changes and industry trends that may impact the company's financial operations.

Financial Operations and Systems:

- Manage all the aspects of financial operations, including accounting, treasury, taxation, and internal controls.

- Implement and maintain robust financial systems, processes and polices to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.

- Lead finance team in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable and payroll.

- Evaluate and implement financial systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in compliance with accounting principles.

Treasury and Cash Management:

- Manage cash flow and liquidity to meet operational requirements and financial obligations.

- Develop and implement strategies for cash management, including cash forecasting, investment decisions and working capital optimization.

- Oversee banking relationships and negotiate financing agreements as needed.

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Provide strategic guidance and advice to the executive team member and board of directors on financial matters.

- Collaborate with the other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve company objectives.

- Assess potential investments, acquisitions and partnerships evaluating their financial viability and impact.

Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, mentor and develop high-performing finance team.

- Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Promote professional development and career growth opportunities for team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Degree in finance and accounting along with CA or related filed. MBA in Finance or CFA preferred.

- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior finance leadership role.

- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities, presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to the non-financial stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance requirements and risk management principles.

- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and analytical tools.

- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
