About the Role:

You will explore and recommend new sales channels on third-party selling sites, as well as launch sales efforts on approved sites. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day processes, advertising campaigns, and optimizing listings to increase visibility and conversions. Although the focus will primarily be on the North American market, there are opportunities for expansion globally.

Managing third-party selling sites' budgets and driving key performance metrics will be your responsibility.

You will report to the lead of the consumer product growth marketing team for North America.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving revenue and profit via third-party marketplace channels.

Drive organic traffic and conversions by optimizing listings on third-party channels. Optimizing graphics and pages might also be required.

Analyzing consumer and competitive trends and creating new listings as needed to drive revenue.

Working with the analytics team and digital agency partners, develop, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to achieve sales goals within budget.

Ensure that all third-party online channels are running, developing, and optimized on a daily basis.

Achieve goals and develop a strategy for growth expansion.

Continually monitor and track the success of all marketing campaigns with a focus on building a "digital marketing playbook" that captures learnings to optimize marketing spend.

Maintain a clear P&L for the third-party channels as their own division, tracking costs and revenue.

Examine expanding the product line into other online marketplaces.

Requirements:

MBA with a strategy/marketing/business focus from a premier institute

5+ years of experience in third-party sales channel advertising or SEO (Search Engine Optimization) with demonstrated success in prior digital marketing initiatives

3+ years of experience in managing and optimizing PPC (Pay Per Click) Campaigns

Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand root cause/ identify scalable solutions

Project & stakeholder management experience, delivering strategic projects within timeline, driving, and scaling live project

Self-motivated with a desire to put skills and experience to use in driving a renewable future for all
