- Own the entire Sales strategy for each city and across categories
- Strategize around 3 core aspects
- What merchants to acquire
- Which geographies to acquire in
- How many to acquire in each category/ geography
- Keep a close eye on the competitive landscape and ensure market share is consistently growing
- Develop process and team to build account management for clients and Merchant aggregators
- Develop growth strategy for each category aimed at
- Driving demand to the category
- Increase retention and frequency of users on the category
- Increase margins from merchants
- SKU selection
- Work closely with the supply team to plan for festivals/ events like Valentine's Day etc.
- Work closely with community operations team to ensure merchants are provided best in class customer support
- Work with merchants to develop processes to ensure compliance to marketplace policies around product and service quality, and reducing instore time.
- Work closely with Product Managers on improving customer flows, driving margins and improving selection for consumers
