- New Vendor development and Vendor relationship management-negotiation and agreement closure. 

- Participation in various trade show and Range Presentation. 

- Inventory planning Management- maintaining the inventory level of A &B GradeSKU. 

- Analyzing category gaps & accordingly developing product ranges. 

- Monitor sales, stock and gross margin report by category, brand,season, campaign and product group, 

- Coordinating with Marketing team to maximize Brand Visibility through SIS 

- Responsible for monetization of brands i.e generating marketing money by selling marketing properties to brands in coordination with marketing team. 

- Constant monitoring of marketing campaigns to ensure adequate quantity of featured product/s to ensure desired outcome. 

- Market visits, identifying best practices & conducting business reviews with top brands on key metrics like pricing, sales & marketing plan.
