About the Role :

- We are looking to hire an experienced E-commerce Head to lead and grow marketplaces.

- Responsibilities will include direct ownership of growth and PnL of the marketplace.

Responsibilities :

- Growth of Brand over marketplaces and expansion over different platforms

- Managing Listings on all major eCommerce channels like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc

- Analyse category growth and market share trends by sub-segment

- Analyse our category performance within each channel and make recommendations on how to improve our share in each channel

- Analyse pricing trends, and ASP of our products in the portfolio and recommend changes to price

- Keep up to date with the latest developments (new technology, new features) in the category

- Analyse data on customer retention, cross-selling, upgrades, repeat buying, etc, and make recommendations on increasing lifetime value

- Analyse the consumer experience by channel and recommend ways in which we can remove any purchasing barriers and improve the experience

- Analyse ratings and reviews and provide inputs to marketing and product management teams

- Work on improving rating and review over marketplaces

- Work with customer service and ORM team to improve customer satisfaction and ensure that all issues are being closed in a timely manner

- Work with category teams of marketplaces platforms to develop and grow the brand

- Analyse marketing spending within each channel and make recommendations on improving RO

Basic Qualifications :

- Minimum 3/4 years of relevant experience in a growth phase Marketplace business for a brand (HPC and Nutrition Category preferred)

- A Lifelong Learner. Benchmarking and networking to stay updated on industry trends

- Good collaborator and project management skills

- Prior experience as a startup founder is a plus

- Customer-first mentality. Understands customers' pain and works towards the solutions.- Delivering results under pressure

- Hunger, hustler, move fast and be comfortable breaking things
