Marketing Specialist - Consulting Firm

Position Summary:

This position is part of the India Consulting Office's marketing team, providing day-to-day support to marketing and working under the supervision of the marketing and editorial manager. The incumbent is responsible for the organisations media mentions, - undertaking key responsibilities in organizing marketing events; and spearheading partner/office digital mailings (Results Briefs, Practice Areas, articles) to clients/targets, working with the global marketing team .

. The marketing senior coordinator will work on keeping the media contact list updated, help the marketing manager set up appointments with journalists/editors.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Work smoothly and seamlessly under the supervision of Editorial and Marketing Manager. Work with Human Resources, EAs, and Partners when required, as well as with Information Services and Finance, for marketing purposes.

- Update, maintain and reconcile contact information in CRM for India office, including alumni outreach and records. Identify and address classification gaps, discrepancies and duplicate records to ensure high levels of data integrity.

- Coordinate digital mailings to clients/targets when required, including Results Brief (flagship electronic newsletter).
