Marketing Role - Construction Management Firm

Preferably from Architectural background- B.Arch

Worked with commercial building architects-

Exp- 7-8 Years.

Responsibilities:

1. Reaching out to Architects and Consultants for marketing for PMC associations

2. Generate new enquiries

3. Work on received enquiries

4. Support/Audit ongoing projects.

5. Serves as primary contact for region's marketing efforts, providing support in the area of marketing strategy and management. Partners with Regional leadership and Business Development to set and lead regional marketing priorities.

6. Develops compelling communication

7. Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources

8. Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning

9. Exhibit strong business acumen, skills and maturity and the ability to work effectively with others even under stressful deadlines situations

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint a must.
