Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Sourcing: - Responsible for delivering sourcing in line with policy and to agreed targets in accordance with standard process and procedures. - Develop and take ownership of the local purchasing processes, whilst becoming the "go to" person for all things purchasing related, including the gatekeeping of terms and policies. - Obtain QAFs filled from suppliers which contains all type of costing. - Conduct VFM(Value For Money) analysis. - Meet Savings target. - RFQ to be conducted as per requirement. - Coordination with OGC for T&C's. - To get CEST and IR35 declaration from the stakeholders for relevant services. - Stakeholder Engagement, including a wide range of operational teams. Managing expectations whilst enforcing compliance to policies and procedures. - Accountable for leading simple supplier negotiations including legal and financial approval pre-Purchase Order. - Responsible for their category delivery against savings targets. - Engage with specialist functions where required GPF, Risk, OGC. - Maintain lead for supplier interaction. - Framework agreements. - Supplier optimization where appropriate. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required - Bachelor's degree with good and consistent academic record. - 10-15 years of proven expertise in Purchasing especially in Marketing category purchase. - Strong knowledge of Service sector, including PR, Communication, Events, Launch, RSA,(Road Side Assistance), Software licenses, Insurance, Vehicle deliveries and repairs, Purchased Services, etc. - Well versed in contractual and pricing negotiation and ability to lead and support various contractual instruments namely: NDAs, MSA, MYA, DPA, InfoSec review, GDPR etc. - Multi-tasking and excellent stakeholder management skills a must. - Ability to handle high volume of requests. - Possess competent analytical & presentation skills to derive spend analytics and related insights. - Category management skills to support and execute category plan & established category strategy. - Knowledge of Source to Pay functions desirable - ability to resolve AP/VM/PO management issues. - Exposure to systems such as Xero, ApprovalMax, SAP, SRM (desirable). - Inclination towards to continuous improvement beneficial. - Professional English Fluency a must, past experience of working with European and US stakeholders would be an added advantage. - Able to support UK time zone at critical points to uphold business. - Flexibility to prioritise and handle multiple tasks and workloads across multiple entities, with swift turnaround timings when required. - Able to be responsible for own targets and fulfilling them.
