We have been mandated by a Multi National Conglomerate for the below mentioned role.

Propose Of the role:

This role is primarily responsible to facilitate the development of marketing and communications activities for company and support Business Head office of India for day to day activities.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Prepare and edit correspondence, communication, and presentation

2. Prepare monthly and annual board presentations and other communications

3. Facilitates market research and analyse data to prepare business proposals and reports

4. Maintain follow up on activities to ensure schedules are met

5. Preparation of agenda for meeting, compile and circulate minutes of meeting, reports etc

6. Maintain confidential database, reports and produce MIS as & when required

7. Maintain/liaison and coordinate with internal customers and external customers for smooth workflow

8. Assist in espousing the company brand image in India according to HQ guidelines

9. Assist product launches into India Market Region

10. Support Channel partners with the company branding / Support HQ in channel partner branding activities for India

11. Coordinate with HQ Mktg for external online advt. in online Linked, FB etc

12. Support on Employee communication on internal company web page

13. Assist the President in Management meeting preparation, Senior Global Manager coordination, Data Analysis, SBU P&L Analysis etc

14. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

- Graduate in Engineering/MBA Marketing with 3+ years experience in marketing

- Strong understanding of the operations and business dynamics

- Knowledge of financial and business analysis models / tools

- Knowledge of MS Office 2007/digital marketing
