Marketing Manager/Senior Marketing Manager - India (8-12 yrs)

Management Team Members (Sales, Engineering, Finance & Operations Director) - Segment Heads (Private Homes Business/B2C, Faade Business) -
Sales, Product, Service and Supply Chain Teams -
Central & Other Marketing Teams (Germany and other subsidiaries) -
MD & members of IMO (Integration Management Office)
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for entire marketing & branding areas for the organization
General :
Ensuring that marketing plans are aligned with business segments and are delivered effectively to targeted audiences (architects, homeowners, consultants, developers, investors, fabricator partners)
Planning and execution of all external events - exhibitions, BTL campaigns, inaugurations, product launches etc.
Supporting Fabricator Partner network across India with their marketing and branding requirement (oversee and approve marketing material - case basis)
Competition / Industry Research
Implement the group brand guidelines and a detailed marketing plan as part of integration activities
Creative & Marketing Collateral :
Create stunning visual assets including creative design concepts, corporate branding elements, presentations, infographics, banners, brochures etc. -
Manage relationships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
PR, Digital & Social :
- Storytelling with right content (B2B & B2C)
- Design and execution of integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels - internal/external newsletters, digital (social, web, etc.)
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Secure organic media outreach opportunities for the organization.
Required Candidate Competency / Profile:
- Relevant master's degree with 5 to 7 years of experience in digital & offline marketing, Strong project management skills & ability to perform with minimal supervision
- Graphic design experience (intermediate level)
- Strong oral and written communications skills (emailers, web, social, and campaigns; both short form and long form).
- Established media contacts would be an added benefit
- Intercultural competence, negotiation skills & strong attention to details
