Job Description - The individual would play a critical role in supporting various marketing campaigns for acquisitions, conversions & retention. In this role, the person would team drives incremental revenues and enhancing customer experience with rigorous data analysis and creating and running suitable campaigns.

Description - 

- Understand acquisition, conversion, and revenue and retention strategy


- Preparing and executing monthly marketing calendar for various campaigns

- Coordinate with agencies for retention campaigns for monthly retention and revenue targets


- Perform extensive campaign analysis daily, weekly, monthly to find growth opportunities


Profile

- B-Tech/M-Tech/ Economics / Statistics/ MBA from a tier 1 college

- Strong academic record, logical and analytical skills

- 3- 5 years of experience in online marketing

- Experience with organising promotional events, running new customer communication programs or running customer retention programs (preferably for a Mobile Product or a Mobile website)

- Ability to work with data and uncover insights into consumer mindset

- Out of the box thinker and innovator

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
