Responsibilities :
- Plan, design and execute all offline ATL/BTL marketing strategies like media planning, interviews, press releases with trade and lifestyle media, newspaper ads, hoardings, floor activations etc.
- Plan and execute all marketing activities, including digital such as SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Design, build and maintain Organization's social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize available systems & tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Write award entries for various industry and across categories.
- Making strategy presentations
- Support CRM wherever needed
- Coordination with all stakeholders- internal team, airport marketing team brands, vendors etc.
- lead retail activations on floor from implementation to execution
- Lead customer research program
Requirements :
- Diploma/Degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in marketing with good exposure to Digital Marketing
- Proven track record in Retail segment
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising Marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Design and content writing skillset
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing (both offline & digital)
