- Formulation and implementation of the marketing strategy for the assigned Segments (Residential & Commercial projects) to secure a competitive edge in the market (pricing, new products, advertising & sales promotion).
- Evolve a well-defined corporate communication thought and lead the PR initiative for the brand which involves relationship building with key media, ensuring coverage in all relevant publications, arranging press conferences and directing the role out of content for circulation.
- Elevate the corporate brand and evolve a well-defined brand strategy which is backed by consumer research & insights as well as competitive benchmarking.
- Refine the overall brand positioning, create brand guidelines and set a revamped brand structure for the organization.
- Driving external as well as internal communication strategy and devising initiatives for various audiences (Media, Channel Partners, Customers, employees) from a strategic point of view.
- Working jointly with the HR team to float and brand various employee engagement activities.
- Heading the editorial team responsible for the internal and external newsletter for the organization
- Manage the entire brand orbit consisting of the creative, design, and media agencies and partnering with the creative agencies
- Develop new product ideas on the basis of market research, consumer insights, and business imperatives
- Responsible for maintaining a rolling 12-month marketing calendar for all marketing-led plans and ensuring its execution
