This person will be responsible for all advertising, promotion and digital marketing. The person should ideally be from a real estate company or a property selling agency. The position reports in to the Director and has a team of 3-4 people reporting in. A brief JD is being shared as follows. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for: 1. Strategizing and budgeting of marketing activities for corporate and projects at group level 2. Developing a PR strategy to promote the corporate brand 3. Analyzing ongoing online and offline campaigns to derive better ROI and generating leads 4. Planning and reviewing social media campaigns with digital head 5. Coordinating with various agencies to generate results
