Marketing Manager - Offline & Online - FMCG/FMCD (7-15 yrs)
- This Position will be responsible for growing the all the products & segments which are not supported above the line but have a portfolio development, distribution & Offtake task.
- This position/ team will ensure all Ps (product, pricing, packaging, proposition) of marketing are aligned to grow this part of the portfolio. Actions to be directed towards growing customer footprint & generating consumer awareness & pull
- Scale of business - This position will be responsible to deliver approx. 60% of the total turnover of the company using approx. 25% of the Brand support & Point of Sale Materials budget
- P&L - Responsible for driving Net Sales, GP and volume growth for selected segments - all categories
- Range planning - Product pricing, Positioning & mapping products features attributes & benefits. Managing Introduction & Discontinuation in the Range,
- Responsible for new product planning and execution, including gathering and prioritizing consumer and customer requirements
- Understanding, and leveraging the consumer/customer/ shopper insights, defining the product purpose and working closely with sales, research & Design teams to ensure long term success
- Role collaborations - Sales team, trade marketing, Supply chain, finance & Research-development & Design agency team
