We have a urgent opening in one of our client company for the position of Marketing Manager for Bangalore & Pune Location.

Designation: Marketing Manager

Job Location: Bangalore (2 Positions) & Pune (1 Opening)

Required Skills:

- MBA from with 3-4 years of brand management and/or corporate communications experience in marketing.

- Creating and Handling partnerships, Traffic generation, Social Media Marketing, Branding, PR and Corporate Communication, ATL/BTL, Radio

- Highly creative leader who is full of innovative ideas, works independently and is able to execute them to a high standard through highly collaborative projects leading to revenue driving ideas

- Create communication plan and execute across online and offline channels to create and maintain our brand image among our stakeholders

- High comfort level monitoring engagement on social media platforms on an daily basis (Facebook, Twitter etc) with understanding of key metrices across different marketing channels

- Good understanding of digital marketing metrics eg. CPA, CTR

- Create strategic long term cross marketing online/offline partnership

- Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills

- Driving awareness for the brand and building brand equity among the core TG through mass media & targeted campaigns

- Identify opportunities and trends to grow more Business with existing/new partners and New clients, Track sales activity, provide detailed data analysis monthly

- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and online/offline monetization strategies

- Create a consumer redressal system to respond to customer queries and monitor conversations on social platforms

- Innovative problem-solving skills; capacity to build new and efficient approaches through industriousness and adaptability

- Experience developing and managing viral awareness campaigns both online and offline Eagerness to collaborate with other team members for ongoing initiatives
