Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete ownership and responsibility of top line and bottom line of the Channel
- Building the brand in line with the master brand guidelines that have been laid out via asset / communication / service rituals/promotions
- Creating and executing the marketing calendar via a series of levers including above the line communication, below the line activation, market testing with the end of solving key consumer barriers and building the big brand in India
- Work towards strengthening the business model via new asset formats and models.
- Work seamlessly across cross functional teams including operations, innovation, franchise partners and others to drive brand goals.
Skills Required :
- Strong consumer thinker and appreciation and experience in driving 360 marketing campaigns.
- Team player with ability to establish rapport & credibility quickly.
- Self-starter with experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking capabilities.
Stake holders:
- Internal: Marketing & Operations teams.
- External: Research & Media agencies. Franchise partners.
MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college required.
