About The Job

The enterprise Marketing position will drive the marketing strategy for Export Marketplace for MSMEs. The person will be responsible for devising and positioning the Export marketplace in India and foreign countries.

The position entails the creation of GTM and supporting cross-functional teams to generate business.

Preferred qualifications:

- 8+ yrs of Enterprise marketing experience

- Master's degree or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills

- Lead marketing for India and international geographies

- Proven success in building a strategic relationships with key marketing agencies, content creation, measuring metrics, and building strong offline and online engagement

- Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement

- Ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the industry construct, and develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive value proposition

Responsibilities

- Establish marketing strategy and engagements in North America/Europe/Middle East/APAC

- Drive business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow accounts in the International Market through enterprise and partnership sales.

- Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans in coordination with the sales team; be responsible for generating qualified leads for sales

- Drive demand generation, content creation, product marketing, event management, and marketing operations

- Drive the Branding activities - operationally and strategically, potential tie-ups with related partners.

- Building and Strengthening the Export Marketplace (to be named) brand, positioning the platform as a leader in this space of Exports from Indian MSME/ Sourcing from India.

- Research and gather target customer data to define the product positioning and communication strategy

- Achievement of key metrics of input activities, conversion, and revenue consistently

- Deliver marketing outcomes within financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and monitoring results

- Work closely with the Analytics team to identify and convert data analysis into actionable insights for customer acquisition
