Job Role - Marketing Manager

Position Summary: Client is looking to fill the position of an APAC Marketing Manager will play a major role in the regional team to ensure alignment and improvement of marketing initiatives across the region. The position will require travel within the region and once per year to Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To support and ensure strong collaboration between the marketing colleagues in the region and between regional/group and divisional marketing

- Secure group communication and branding vs regional adaptations

- To organize and lead regular APAC and regional marketing meetings

- Secure alignment and quality of marketing/communication activities

- Together with the Regional Managing Directors secure marketing support in the region

- Coordination of budget follow ups and support during budget process

- Participate in regular and relevant group meetings

- Person will be regional contact point for involvement/feedback on group/divisional/cross-regional initiatives

- Responsible for the training and introduction of new marketing colleagues across APAC.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Degree in Marketing and / or communications.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in branding and corporate identity (preferably technical interest)

- Prior experience in handling regional marketing including close collaboration with sales team.

- Traditional and online marketing, campaign and targeted actions

- Broad marketing and excellent communication skills set

- Experience in B2B marketing for engineering product is essential.

- Experience of digital marketing

- Target driven and resulted focused individual

- Natural leader and motivator of people

- Excellent organizational skills

- Mature personality with a firm commitment towards carrying forward company's vision and mission in Asia-pacific.

- Dynamic personality, hands on approach & a target-oriented attitude.

Reporting Structure:

The APAC Marketing Manager would be directly reporting to the

- Regional SD/MD (Direct report line)

- Group Marketing and Communications Director (Dotted report line)

Education : Graduate ( BA in communication) and MBA/PGDM.
