Marketing Manager - EduTech ( Email Marketing)

About the Marketing Manager role :

- We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic person to join our team in the role of Marketing Manager. The north star metric for the role will be number of demos set for the sales team. You will be responsible for driving inbound sales pipeline. You will work closely with the content and the design teams and will report directly to the Head of Growth

Key responsibilities

- Work with the content and the design teams to drive email marketing

- Maintain and segment email lists as per user preferences, demographics etc.

- In the short to medium term, implement marketing automation

- Work with the content and design teams to create and maintain sales and marketing assets

- Run paid ads on Fb and Google display networks

The ideal person:

- Is a quick learner

- Is an effective communicator with great analytical skills

- Has 2-3 years of experience working on digital marketing

- Has some experience with Email marketing and with marketing automation

- Is diligent and is willing to put in stretched hours

- Is optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working

- Is a learner and willing to learn new technologies and domains
