Marketing Manager - Digital Advertising - eCommerce (3-7 yrs)

Role: Marketing Manager (Digital Advertising)
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Bachelor's degree and MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 B-school with minimum 4 years of experience with 1+ years in brand marketing/product management within Ecommerce, FMCG, Retail or D2C.
Past experience in digital and performance marketing (paid search, paid display, SEO, content, paid social)
3+ years of marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Key job responsibilities
The leader owns marketing initiatives that have a significant impact on customer experience and the business unit. The main areas of responsibility are:
1. Performance advertising - End to end ownership of conceptualising, executing and optimising advertising campaigns for the Private Brands business in the Fashion category by liaising with external partners
a) Create advertising campaigns in line with category goals and optimise spends according to performance
b) Liaise between category team and external partners to execute specific initiatives
c) Drive efficiencies by analysing performance data and aligning with business goals
d) Regularly track and share campaign performance with stakeholders
2. Drive customer engagement programs such as coupons and basket offers to drive new customer acquisition
3. Work on in-depth customer journey by analysing customer metrics to guide decision making. Present to senior management internally
4. Conceptualize, design and execute on- and off marketing initiatives. Develop, test and execute new multi-channel marketing plans to drive awareness and consideration for our products
