Marketing Manager - Brand & Digital - FMCG (5-8 yrs)

Role Purpose

Build and execute strategy to engage consumers across all touchpoints including ATL, BTL & Digital. Is the custodian for brand and ensure consistency in brand communication across all key touch points i.e. ATL, BTL, digital advertising, social media, website, email and e-commerce.

In addition, Lead Social Media platforms management as well as SEO and Influencers strategies. The role will promote the brand values, creative ideas and content strategy in the digital marketing and social media channels in order to support the company business goals and strong growth plans.

Key Responsibilities -

- Develop the brand marketing strategy for a Brand , so that brand equity is growing consistently through strong brand communication and ATL BTL activities.

- Managing pack and artwork change projects and support trade marketing initiative so that brand visibility in store is in line with brand strategy.

- Orchestrate the Digital customer journey (PAID, OWNED, SHARED, EARNED) from planning to rollout in relevant channels of the Digital funnel until conversion to deliver against KPI's.

- Track all media platforms, search platforms (Google, Youtube, Amazon) and campaign analytics from our brand and competition for agile improvement and adaptations of future campaigns ensuring KPI's are met and ROI is achieved needs to be included

- Own the OWNED channels (for your area of responsibility), develop SEO strategy and constantly maintain and upgrade the website/shop content in order to create unique user experience and optimize sales.

- Develop Customer selling stories (both national and account specific) and coordinate Customers line reviews to help drive top line sales, awareness, and trial of products for customer shelf sets for e-commerce

- 60% of activities this person will understand will be focused on brand strategy and 40% will be digital.

Additional Responsibilities

- Develop and implement Paid Social content communication and influencers strategies

- Provide direction on messaging and tone when corresponding with consumers via email, phone, and social media to ensure a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints

- Lead macro and micro influencers strategy

- Identify trends and insights in Digital Brand Management and develop concepts and proposals such as how to optimize relevance, brand fit and overall performance.

- Build and lead the agency teams (from creative digital agency, central SEO agency, to media agencies), as well as develop and implement local guidelines
