Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators
1. Marketing
- Monthly social media campaigns
- Coordination with the agency on the execution of campaigns
- Online ad campaigning
- Online reputation management
- Monthly Trend reports
- App development (if required)
- Emailer creation
- Cross online marketing with popular online properties
- Website development, management & enhancement on a regular basis- new promotions, change of information etc (includes updating new menu)
5. Strategy
- Launch, implementation and smooth running of CRM loyalty programs
- Half yearly marketing plan plus presentation to all concerned (with budgeted spend) for each unit and at network level every March and every September
- Quarterly presentations of Marketing update to our principals (Brand Owners)
- Quarterly evaluation of Design agency, Digital agency and PR agency to ensure work is done as per the scope of work pre-defined
- Intelligent and thoughtful evaluation of tangible and intangible benefits of each promotion including incorporating learnings for improvisation and deciding whether to discontinue it or repeat it for the next season
- Half yearly evaluation of the marketing team, role and the organization chart
- Mentoring, coaching of team members for building their individual capabilities to enable their independent working and review of team work by periodic, structured interventions

- Research/dipsticks
6. Launch Planning
- Pre and Post launch planning
- Strategic tie-ups for previews
- Corporate, socialite and media invites
- Photo-shoots
- Corporate tie-ups
- Party coordination
- Media entertainment and coordination
- Press Kit and Announcement release creation
- Mall Marketing Signage space closure
7. General Duties
- To understand completely & conform to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.
- To give unconditional support to new openings for all RSC team members
- To report for duty punctually wearing appropriate attire
- To be fully conversant with the geographical layout of the operation
- To maintain high standards of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
- Follow clean-as-you-go policy and keep work area clean at all times.
- To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with units, RSC and all other departments and suppliers
- To provide courteous, professional, attentive and efficient service at all times towards internal & external customers
- To attend and contribute to functional and inter-functional meetings and other related activities
- Be willing and open to transfer across companies / locations as per work exigencies
- Be open to cross functional training/movement at all times
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Be fully conversant with our departmental / inter-departmental processes, Quality checks, and Fire safety procedures
