Marketing Lead - Renewable Energy Solutions

About the Company - An MNC focusing on providing renewable energy solutions. They are the largest, fastest growing and most profitable off grid solar player.

About the role :

1. They need someone with a thorough understanding of the product launch, handling the entire product lifecycle, ATL/BTL exposure, multi stakeholder management and can manage a team. Develop and own the go-to market strategy, positioning & proposition for the brand

2. Create and execute brand communication campaigns

3. Build and strengthen the brands equity to drive awareness, preference, repeat purchase and develop marketing campaigns to deliver on business objectives. Work collaboratively with diversified teams to create and manage integrated marketing strategies

4. Team Management-You would be managing a team of 7-8 folks directly

5. Reporting- The role reports to the General Manager(Marketing)

6. Location- India(Mumbai/Delhi)

7. Working Mode-They are working in a Hybrid fashion
