We have been retained by a growing fintech to hire a Lead for their Digital Marketing division. Our client provides a technology driven platform for investments in the semi urban areas and has been launched by seasoned people from the industry. They provide a paperless experience for the investors and are poised for tremendous growth and are scaling up their operations in a steady manner.

The role requires a seasoned Digital Marketing leader who can take their growth to the next level. The role involves providing strategic guidance to the team as well as ensure proper execution of all digital campaigns. If you are a marketing professional who can turn ideas into reality, then this role is for you.

PLEASE DO NOTE THIS ROLE NEEDS YOU TO BUILD THE MARKETING FUNCTION AND ISNT ABOUT BIG MARKETING SPENDS TO GET RETURNS.

Major Responsibilities but not limited to:

1. Building new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, in line with companies goal and vision.

2. Executing the overall digital strategy to allow the business to generate sales lead and working collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies for prospective customers.

3. Managing marketing budget and spends and show ROI basis the same.

4. Setting clear, measurable goals for the marketing team reporting into you and training them on brand positioning, marketing trends, analytics, effectiveness measurement and reporting.

5. Executing effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, DBM, Display, Video, Re-marketing, Branding, Affiliates etc.

6. Collaborate with internal teams for creatives, data inputs etc. to optimize the campaigns and ensure effective communication across the internal team (Content, Communication, PR and Branding, Design, Retail sales, Agency, etc).

7. Leverage market research and audience insights to think creatively about segmenting, targeting and reaching potential customers with the appropriate channels and messages, and ensure creative validation through testing.

To fit the bill, you must:

1. Bring strong 8-12 years of experience in Digital marketing and at least 5 years of leading marketing for a startup.

2. Have worked in a marketing role and led a team.

3. Bring strong expertise in marketing intelligence and led multiple digital campaigns in the past.

4. Bring deep understanding of analytics tools, insight generation, and attribution models.

5. Strong team player with a roll up the sleeves attitude who can lead in high pressure environments.

6. MBA from a good B School

Please note candidates with a mix of sales and marketing won't work for this profile.
