Responsibilities: - Assist employers with analysing, advertising campaigns and monitoring brand quality - Oversee, implement and manage weekly and seasonal editorial calendar - Ensure issue content is on brand, balanced and in keeping up with broader seasonal messages and objectives - Monitor the reactions of customers towards new products and brand initiatives - Leverage internal creative team and agencies to build creatives to drive category adoption and growth - Build and monitor category-specific marketing performance - Manage marketing campaigns and track their specific forecast and budget - Manage marketing distribution through proper inventory channels and relationships - Identify and build properties and events that benefit the Meesho fashion brand - Develop marketing and business objectives for the events - Provide event support and customer service while partnering with stakeholders Requirements: - You have an engineering/MBA degree from a premium school - You have 3+ years of work experience preferably in E-commerce/Startup/Fashion - You have willingness to learn, innovate, and take initiative - You think beyond conventional dogma with the ability to work in a flat organisation - You are an expert in multitasking, critical thinking, and comfortable with tactical execution
