Marketing Head - Retail (10-20 yrs)
As the Marketing Head, you will lead our retail marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales across our physical retail locations. You will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the implementation of innovative campaigns that enhance the customer experience and support our business objectives.
Retail Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute a holistic retail marketing strategy that aligns with the overall brand and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate our retail offerings and create a compelling in-store experience.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and promote new products or services.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop captivating visuals, messaging, and promotional materials.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through personalized experiences and targeted promotions.
- Utilize data-driven insights to understand customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with retail operations and design teams to optimize store layouts, visual merchandising, and displays for maximum customer appeal.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer interaction and satisfaction during the in-store journey.
- Bridge the gap between online and offline experiences by implementing strategies that encourage seamless transitions between digital platforms and physical stores.
- Leverage digital tools and technologies to amplify in-store campaigns.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish partnerships with complementary brands, influencers, and local organizations to create co-marketing opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as foot traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
