We have excellent opportunity with leading Health care organisation for Marketing Head role - Lead marketing initiatives across all regions. - Create and maintain the brand, devise and implement brand strategy for co. in line with the vision. - Collaborate with the team and external agency to create and implement an integrated Marketing &amp; Communication strategy and plan to meet objectives. - Plan &amp; implement an integrated list of initiatives to support/ deliver marketing goals. - Ensure that marketing initiatives are cost effective and aligned to Co. vision. - Responsible for ensuring that events, initiatives lead to increase in foot-fall/ ROI. - Oversee, guide and supervise the team, ensure team management and target achievement. - Lead sponsorship for events planned at Co. - In collaboration with the agency and marketing team, lead and develop social media plans/ campaigns/ strategies. - Lead and manage PR and communication in collaboration with the agency on board. Ensure cost effective in PR Plans/ initiatives - Analyse data and estimate demand for services, identify potential markets and devise plans to deliver the appropriate message
